Hi Gerard. The 2D shot is better in that instance because there
*are* some clouds. I wonder if the metar data in your location
is broken? I unplug DSL here due to frequent storms when not using
the PC, and if I forget to plug it back in before starting fgfs I
get the same with 3D clouds...

That skin is from a photo I took of an Air NZ B737 at NZCH. It is
available (email off-list), but it does need some touch-ups on the
cockpit area (left and right cockpit windows don't quite meet in
the middle... :-)

An Aussie? Nah mate, I'm a kiwi born and bred! Lived at NZCH for
the first 34 years of this life, and have only been in YBBN for
almost a year to earn better money to fund travel thru Europe and
elsewhere later. If cloud shadows and more 3D cloudtypes are put
into the next release of fgfs I might have to postpone some travel
to purchase a better gfx card...don't tell my girlfriend, she'll
remove important parts of my anatomy if she reads that! :-)

Kind regards,

Chris Wilkinson, Brisbane, Australia.
