Unless you're using a fairly old version with JSBSim, the problem is
that you're taking off too early, then stalling as you use more and
more elevator trying to keep your climb going: unfortunately, this
happens in real life as well.  

If you're using the Cessna, don't even start pulling back on the
controls until the plane reaches around 60kt, then pull back only
slightly and wait for the plane to climb on its own (don't try to yank
it off the runway).  Make sure the speed doesn't fall below about 72kt
after you lift off (if the plane goes any slower, *lower* the nose
slightly by pushing the controls a little forward, even though you
want to climb).
