Hello,
le Francais is not so much the problem for me as is the 'how-to'
abilities. For example, if I have already installed FlightGear and it
works for the default Cessna 172, do I need to install fgfs-base? Can I
just install the fgrun?

I translated: "et localiser fgfs (/usr/local/bin/fgfs pour moi) et
ensuite FG_ROOT (le répertoire data ou vous avez décompactés
fgfs-base)" which I think means "and locate fgfs (<...for me>) and then
FG_ROOT (the repository(?) data where you have decompacted fgfs-base)."

I am not clear on what FG_ROOT means...a Linux 'newbie'
Thanks,
Dick
