| Curt, 1st i want to say sorry about the lawn mowing comment....just seems everytime i load FG all i do is taxi around in circles......i cant get it to recognize any set joystick movements...only thing that does work is the trigger acts as a brake, and full throttle acts as right aileron....so with that said... my questions are....how do i find the preferences and make em work for the joystick ??? and how do i add new scenery and acft ??? i am totally lost when it comes to this interface...i have flown MSFS since 1995 and just switched to mac 3 months ago and got x-plane.... my system: Mac mini 1.5 ghz 64 mb vram 512mb sys ram saitek st290 pro joystick with 3 axis' + throttle and 6 buttons.....it works fine with x-plane and worked fine with MSFS.... i get about 30 fps with x-plane on almost extreme settings.... BTW i too fly RC....i looked at the price of a real cirrus...omg.....and i drive a 2003 suzuki grand vitara and change diapers too... LOL i can really relate to your situation.... any help from anyone would be appreciated as i am 100% new to FG... thank you in advance... |
