I should have known better... :) You were right. The fantastic yast
solved a dependency problem when I installed another package and
voilá, freeglut-2.4.0 rpm from SUSE was installed automagically.

I remove the offending package, compiled everything and now fgfs works
with freeglut from cvs.

What a pity, by from what I read in the thread maybe we will have a
working A380 soon. :)
