Thanks Fred, sorta what I'd guessed/worked out.... the lighthouse doesn't
have the halo components in the .ac file like the beacon... it just has an
emissive plane component that now rotates :-) ... not perfect but better
than it was for me anyway!!

Maybe the difference is the size and the material ( emissive color ) of the
halo
object in the .ac model file. Can say more without seeing the model and its
xml.
