Unfortunately you cannot use the acf file with flightgear. You need to
convert the 3d Model of the plane to a format FlightGear understands
(preferably ac3d). 
The flight dynamics cannot be used for Flightgear at all, because there
is no Tool for converting them. You need to create them entirely new.
