Hi
Steve is correct... I used to use it (fgadmin) until I worked out what it was doing and why... it's a good start.

There are three basic things that have to be done;
1) Unzip the 10x10 scenery chunk. This creates a terrain/object tree each containing the relevant 10x10 and 1x1 folder/file structure.
2) Ensure the base scenery folders is in the fg-scenery command-line parameter.
3) enjoy!!

I created I set of instructions with pictures on my Blog because this question comes up often.

Hope this helps

I think I can answer this one. there is a program for that in the flightgear\bin\win32 folder

or you can move the files into flightgear\data\scenery  manually but they have to be seperated into the objects and terrain subfolders  and each area is in it’s own folder as well

if they are in the correct library, when you hit the refresh button in the airport section of the startup wizard, all of the new locations show up.

Hi Guys,

Just want to say that I love flightgear, it's a great sim, but I'm not sure how to install scenery. I'm on a Win32 system

Thanks,

Gunny.
