hi Dene, is this going to be the classic "Kiwi" warbirds type event? If so, the YF23 might be a bit hard to get hold of :)
If its the other version, like the airshows in France and England.....and possibly OshKosh, then you are missing some. Still, this is going o be a fantatstic display of aircraft at any show.....I would to see a connie in NZ....saw one in Melbourne when I was there many years ago.....very small aircraft but loud and fast! The Lightnings would only be allowed to roll down the runway as they have been labled 'unsafe" by the FAA in England (one English military pilot was grounded for life when he was showing the lightning off at Farnborough when he got the wheels 1 meter off the ground...he only ent the length of the runway....). Tis a pity the Coursair is missing.....she would look good with kiwi markings, a job for a re-painter perhaps?? :) Am still woring on the NAC varionat and the other A 4K paint schemes. Slainte, Andy PS.....wanaka, need I say more? :) > Hi all, > I'm working on a war-birds show to be hosted at a yet undecided NZ > airfield well known for its warbird shows. > > I have started down loading aircraft and would appreciate > add-omit-modify comments from the group...as you can see i've only > partially got through CVS 09x aircraft... > > http://denemaxwell.dnsdojo.net/users/ALBUM/War-Birds-Project/index.html > > I'll leave the site running over-night (most of yours' day) > > cheers > Dene ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
