Hmm, I'm seeing the same thing: z-buffer fighting. There is also a hole in the surface between two runways, taxi there and you fall through the world! http://www.jentronics.com/fgfs/KCPR_err.jpg The problem seems to lie mostly in $FG_ROOT/Scenery/Terrain/w110n40/w107n42/KCPR.btg.gz Moving that file away shows the scenery seems to be properly cut out around KCPR.
