I'm not SURE I could do better, but I think I have a decent chance of it!

No question they needed to do a $250,000 inspection of the complete aircraft
to look for structural damage, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if 
there were
a number of moderate injuries to the passengers.  Maybe it was a checkout
flight with no passengers, and the "pilot" got canned!
