Probably a stupid question: Have you run again ccmake on your OpenSceneGraph directory, before going on to do make ? ccmake build every "makefiles" which are needed, and OpenSceneGraph/src/OpenThreads/ will contain a Makefile May be the old resulting makefile contains garbage.
