If I hack the currently included X45.xml joystick file for finding my "Saitek X36" device, the buttons do work.
However, the axis seem to report as barely working within FlightGear or off-zeroed?. I played with the factor (changing from -1 to 10000) and only got one way when moving the elevons up or down, things would only go down, or up (depending on if I specified a negative or positive factor).
