I found nothing to translate in french in these 2 files.

Crazy (all the internal properties in memory, all the modifications are 
not stored)
Then there is no solution to translate the text strings that are defined 
in the flightgear "internal properties" ?
I can not translate the "Basic keys" windows and the "Common aircraft 
key" window and the tutorial window ?

I think it's times for flightgear developpers to add full I18N support 
with UTF-8 in the next flightgear release.

With full I18N support with UTF-8, Flightgear will have more developpers 
and more contributors.
And for the developpers: more thanks and the joy to see their software 
in many language and all in the world.
