Hello Philippe, First of all, and just as Chris Hodge says, the left and right ailerons should move in opposite directions. This is correct.
If you move your joystick backwards and forwards (towards you and away from you) the elevator on both sides of the tail plane should go up and down. As Chris said, If you move your joystick to the left, the left aileron should go up and the right one should go down, and the opposite should happen if you move the joystick to the right. Is this what happens? If it is then everything is correct. If this does not happen, tell us exactly what does happen when you move the joystick backwards and forwards and also what happens when you move the joystick from side to side.
