I have downloaded scenery for the 10x10 region where I live, and have moved w090n30.tgz to C:\ProgramFiles\FlightGear\data\WorldScenery\Terrain in accordance with the manual instructions, but I am unable to access that area when I get into FlightGear. What am I leaving out?
