I am just a silent member of this group.
With respect to this issue could I suggest this for generating AI traffic.
Only generate and display traffic for the immediate vicinity of the aircraft
in use. This would limit the CPU usage with respect to amount of processing
required. Also you could set a specific radius starting from the aircraft in
question and generate AI traffic within that radius.
I foresee these issues.
1. A random generated of aircraft might not follow the required separation
2. Airports will require a larger amount of flights to be generated.
