I have tried to use the getstart.pdf guide but almost everywhere I try to make some adjustments the guide talks about how to do it in Linux and the sparse Windows commands listed usually do not work since the referenced programs do not exist... Example: For joystick adjustments one is to use the bin/js_demo.exe program, but of course this does not exist at all.
So an updated manual for Windows users would be appreciated. I use the latest 1.9.1b installed with the binary installer for Windows.
