I was told that there was a glider available for download so I went searching
and found the ASK-21 (which I have flown a lot in real life).
I found it as "early production" from 2007, but downloaded it and had a go and
now I have a few questions (being a FlightGear newbie...):

1. Simulation realism
----------------------
I feel that the simulated ASK is a bit too quick in response to stick movements.
It feels like there is not enough simulated mass or something like that because
when I just touch the stick I can get it into a 70 degree bank in less than a
second and that never happened in real life.
So I am just wondering if there are any place where some fundamental constants
can be tweaked to make it more realistic?

2. Instrumentation
-------------------
I found the instrument panel somewhat lacking (speedometer, altitude and
variometer only).
Is there some way I can add to this myself to get for example an attitude
display (don't know the English word, but it is the instrument with a ball in a
bent glass tube showing if you are flying straight on your wings).

The altitude meter is graduated in feet, whereas I am used to meter, can this
be changed somewhere?
Also the altitude meter only has one hand where I am used to a tw-hand meter,
can this be changed?

Is there a g-force meter? I had that on the club ASK-21 and it was zeroed (both
ways) before every takeoff.

3. Water ballast
-----------------
Is there a way to add water in the wings and be able to release it?

4. Weather
-----------
How can one change the weather such that instead of the very annoying haze
(which we do not have much of in Sweden) one could get some nice cumuluses and
with thermals below? And a clear view to the horizon...

Maybe I am asking too much? But it would be fun to have it work closer to real
life....
