Thanks my issue now is pretty much solved, i m able to write traceback
in log file at the application close.

The last link does that, it is an old version of what I use. At the
time I had done it using BoaConstructor IDE, but it shouldn't be to
difficult to adapt it.
When an exception occurs a dialog is shown and the user can send
the log
data (traceback et) via smtp or MAPI.
