Alternatively (which seems easier and more consistent)
or/and-destination actions could be added to flow-xlate. As best I can
tell the functionality would be a full superset of flow-tag and would
be consistent w/ the tag-masks that's already there.
Thought I'd bounce this off the list to see if someone was already
doing it or if there's something I've overlooked that would make it a
Bad Idea before implementing myself..
