I have done perl -MCPAN -e shell and done install ConfigReader::DirectorStyle and that ran fine. When I do a ./configure it says it still cant find it.

If you want to install that, there is a page with source-rpms needed for Fedora Core 2 at: http://www.cs.colostate.edu/~somlo/rpms/ Compilation should also work on RH9. Also, cpan2pm is a wonderful tool. "cpan2rpm --install Boulder::Stream" will do what you want.
