Setup was indeed a bit of a PITA for me, especially because I'm using FBSD which made it hard for me to get the PHP stuff exactly the way they need it. Outside of the PHP issues, using FBSD wasn't much of a problem. Also, be sure to use their preferred directory hierarchy for flows (/blah/sourcename/year/year-month/year-month-day/) because some of their scripts are hard-coded to want that. It's a bit rough around the edges and the interface is a little Scandialien (it keeps wanting to default to dates I don't have data for...nothing particularly northern-European about that, I just wanted to throw the word Scandialien in), but it's a cool product.
