Hello,
I am having a problem, how BGP next hop in netflow v5 (captured by
flow-tools) works.
For instance, netflow shows on an interface on a router, the next hop is
62.40.125.4, however, I know, on that interface:
Destination: 62.40.125.4/30, Local: 62.40.125.5, Broadcast: 62.40.125.7
and the IP address that sets for the other router (BGP next hop) is
62.40.125.6, why BGP next hop shows 62.40.125.4 instead of 62.40.125.6
Does anyone know how it works?
