Yes you can... The reason it is not working is because both of the tools are trying to bind to the same port to listen... Just have flow- fanout receive on the port to capture the flows. Then send it to another port on the same box and setup flow-capture to listen on that port.


flow-fanout 0/0/2055 1.1.1.1/2.2.2.2/2055 0/0/2056

*this captures any flow coming to port 2055
**this exports from 1.1.1.1 to 2.2.2.2 on port 2055
***this exports to self on port 2056


flow-capture (options removed) 0/0/2056

*this runs flow-capture and listens on port 2056

Sorry for the crude example, but this works for me perfectly.
