Feel free to ignore this one, as I'd *really* like to get 1.1.8 out, but I
want to log the "observation" anyway..

Now that OSX apps can foreground themselves automatically, fltk-config
--post has been made a null action on all platforms, I believe.

But, under OSX, I think we should have left the resource fork action in
place.
Now, if I build a quick test program, it runs OK from the shell, but
clcking it from the finder *does not* launch the app. I have to bundle the
exe up to make it clickable, ar attach a rez fork manually. (Which is a
nuisance for a quick test.)
The old fltk-config --post action was very handy for doing that quickly.

That may be a bug on this box, of course (I haven't tested extensively)
but I think it is a general problem.

Thoughts?
