This is a reminder of a discussion I had recently with matt.
What is unambiguously admitted is the need to move supported build
environments in the ide subdirectory.

What should be discussed here is what to do with old compilers
environments we don't support anymore and for which we don't even have the
corresponding compilers in the team, I think in particular about:
- watcom
- borlandc
- bc5
I propose to move them in ide/unsupported dir with a README file
explaining how to start from for the brave who still wants to use them and
can't use gcc or still supported commercial build tools.

Then i would suggest to remove old vcnet corresponding if i remember well
to vs .net2003 because visualc project can be used without any problem
with visual .net2003.
Then for the .net 2005 directory, I think it also works from visualc6, but
it is has the merit to be available for providing a way to developers an
alternative for those who don't have vc6 anymore, and for new fltk users
with recent ms development kits to map more easily their build platform.
