Then this ought to help: $ d2u configh.in (du2 = dos2unix changes line endings from DOS/CR-LF to UNIX/LF). You can also use your favourite editor if it supports to change the file's line endings (e.g. notepad++). After converting the file, please run autoconf and configure again.
