Applied the simplified version of Michael Baeuerle's scandir_posix patch. Note that this patch does not have all the const correct goodness from the earlier patches, but does mean that the fltk-1.3 API is not altered. Longer term, we'd be better off with the "const correct" versions (say 1.4 / fltk-3 or...) but this should do us fine for now!
