Maybe I should explain. I decided to change most "closed w/o" resolution issues to either "active" if the issue may apply to 1.3, or to "close w/resolution" if the issue is not in our hands anymore.
Even if there is no final and true resolution to some issues, most of them are related to wrong usage with the user never verifying if the suggested solution worked. Since we will never touch this issue again, I believe we should regard it as "resolved w/resolution".
