Oh, this seems to be fixed and the flag added in post-1.1.9 era, I
should rather work with latest svn...

Anyway, if you are interested, I have just published FL_HTML_LABEL
library (name says it all). It is small (about 200 lines) and uses
Fl_Help_View class (thats why I was asking as I have seen leaks for
1.1.9). The links are:
