Also removed my previous attempt to have default graphics origin at top left of printable page area, instead of top left of page, also for WIN32, as it is for MacOSX. It was not completely exact. I'll also try to complete that properly. With the current print.cxx test program, we now see that translation and scaling of full windows or individual widgets, and sub-sub-windows print correctly under WIN32. As expected, the problem of background image pixels not properly merged in the page is still with us.
