Doing tests with the new printing functionality of fltk I'm trying here
to print and generate a postcript a the same time but I'm getting a
rubish postscript and an almost empty printing file with XPS printer.
Also after print (or quasi print) on the page_number box on screen some
garbage appear, without generating postscript it doesn't.
