I suggest moving them all into a folder named "depreciated" and wait two weeks. 
If nobody complains, we can still remove them.

I have not seen much development (or any) for quite some time. For Cairo to 
survive, it should be moved into a new Fl_Device and become entirely optional, 
preferably its own library. So if you don't link it, you don't have to think 
about it at all.
