I don't know anything about Fl_Sys_Menu_Bar.
Not motivated by my commercial software to use it, otherwise I might do
it.
The commercial stuff drives most of my additions (Fl_Tree, FNFC, etc)
and time is slim.
I'd suggest making a separate STR for that.
