[fltk.development] Added: tags/release-1.3.0/

While reading in the CMP how a new release is prepared, I have run
./makesrcdist 1.3.0
and discovered that it has committed tags/release-1.3.0/ and a full
source tree below that. It's probably wrong to have this tag at
this point. How can I repair that ?
I'm very sorry. I had no idea running makesrcdist would commit
anything!
