This bug is worse than that because unbundled applications
can't take keyboard focus at all.
New FLTK 1.3.1 users on the Mac who use the configure+make or Cmake
build systems see a very bad image of FLTK test applications.

I therefore believe 1.3.2 should be released to fix that.
