In a logic, the build of the Amalgamation should be somehow similar as the make 
process, with the diference that it must have all #ifdefs in source.
For instance, I cant "g++ -Wall -c Doublewindow.cxx" directly on gcc, because 
of some missing defs stated only on makefile I think.
