The branch is a very good idea. Please don't change anything but the UTF-8 and CE support at this point! If you do add Fl_Table and Fl_Native_File_Chooser now, it will be harder to separate SVN commits and fix bugs. Or if we do, we should do it in yet another branch and merge everything at a later point in time. At some point, I also want to transfer the documentation into Doxygen format. This will cause huge diffs in the header files. But I will hold back until you are done with the UTF-8 stuff to not complicate things (and I don't have time until the middle of July anyways...).
