(1) IIRC, Mike wrote some time ago, that STRs that have been assigned to someone don't trigger notification mails any more. (2) I've been trying to register my mail sometimes, but I got strange results, something like: register: your email address has already been registered. remove: your email address has not been registered. ... or something similar. (Mike ?) Since I'm subscribed to fltk.bugs, and because of (1), I didn't use notification mails for some time.
