Kindly guide me. I just bought your book, and fltk-1.1.9 from your website. to build FLTK under Windows, its said i should click on fltk.dsw, BUT your zip file contains no such file. Nor, do the LIB foler contain ANY OTHER FILES than README. KINDLY ADVISE.
