presently only using what is available via the fluid designer, i simply see the 
font called as something like button->font(1) so i guess this is the built in 
font hooks you refer to. Font API calls is what i would like so i will check 
the demo code cheers.

As regards the aforementioned stability i just wondered if the other versions 
were not recommended as stable as there were more bugs. But you have cleared 
that up for me, the funcionality will be plenty enough for me seeing as i dont 
even know what UTF8 is haha. Platform i just need to know its going to run on 
windows, and thats obviously the case. nada más for now, shocking i know, but 
Joe Windows user is my target market. Fred MacUser may come later. Testing will 
come in the form of me playing with it ad nauseum (the program that is) and 
then running on colleagues builds as there is quite a variety here. cheers.
