He did ask about fltk-2 (on OSX, maybe SL or 64-bit issues IIRC) and I'm sure that at that time he did have material written for fltk-2. But we kinda said "don't do that, as fltk-2 is not actively maintained" and he seems to have taken that to heart. And Manolo fixed the OSX 64-bit issues, at least in 1.3, too...
