We have a nice beer garden 20 minutes from the Düsseldorf Airport in Krefeld. I'd be happy to pick you up. I can also offer a room to one person (or two, if you don't mind sleeping in attached beds ;-). We can sit outside, but I can also offer quieter rooms inside. We'd have slow wireless internet. In case we are over 30 people ;-) , I will bring a projector and a sound system.
