Only Piotr, really, I think... I assume you have looked at what's on his website? http://xfltk.w8.pl/ That really is about all there is. I'm not sure how actively Piotr is working on xfltk now, so it is maybe orphaned, and note that it is based on flkt2 (which is deprecated) so supporting it is not straightforward. If you are keen to put the effort in, I'm sure you could make it work - but it will not be painless! Better yet - porting it to run with the more robust and currently supported fltk-1.3 baseline would be a Useful Thing.
