I upgraded to v1.2 but my mapping files looked like none of my conventions had been applied.
I eventually discovered that if I commented out my call to ExportTo then everything is working as it was previously. I haven't had a chance to try and track this down yet, but I thought I'd mention it in case it helps anyone.
