Thanks for reporting this. It seems the patch didn't apply though (the source of the patch had a '\' in front of the 'add' which isn't the current state of fluidsynth.1. When I added \''add'\' it showed up as <B4>'add'<B4> when viewing it with man. I just put the 'add' at the end of the previous line instead of the beginning. Seems to work alright, does that sound OK? Thanks again.
