Sort of. After playing a little bit with this, it seems it only affects
the "attack" volume of a key and not the sustain/reverb volume. Pressing
keys slowly now yields in click sounds. (I am unable to reproduce this
with the noteon command; I guess this isn't influenced by the router
commands)
