I've set up the wiki page for the Fluid 1.0 Release Status tracking
the Remaining Tasks, Current Bugs and Resolved Bugs.

The one thing that is not posted yet are the proposed dates for Bug
Parade, Code Freeze, and Release Day. I assume that those will fall
out of discussions over the next few days.
