There is still work to be done to complete the release of Fluid 1.0:
Documentation.
We will not be announcing the release to the wider community until our
documentation is more complete, so everyone should be considering
documentation to be their top priority right now. I've got a wiki page
listing the various pages that need to be created or updated, at
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Documentation+Tasks
